SHIPPING
You should receive your purchase in 5-7 days from purchase. We ship most orders via UPS. If you are shipping to a U.S. Post Office Box or military address, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail.
RETURNS
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order; you will receive a full refund.
Shine Beauty Culture provides specialty, limited edition, exclusive offers. ALL PURCHASES are final sale. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds due to the nature of the exclusivity of the ShineBeautyCulture offer.
